For two decades, we have been selling fine pastries and curating selected specialties in the historic Old Town of Hameln. As "happiness makers," we combine artisanal baking with classics such as our "Schlotfeger" (chimney sweeps), crispy waffle wafers, and tender butter cookies. Our own assortment is complemented by fine manufacturers: Lembcke from Northern Germany with exquisite butter cookies, HaferHerz with vegan oat cookies, the Prügeltorten Manufaktur with Alpine baking tradition, and Schulte Feingebäck.

    Crispy wafers are among our most popular classics: the Vollmilch and Zartbitter Schlotfeger are true favorites, and the waffle leaves and waffle rolls complement the range in both chocolate varieties. Also, there are the delicate Java wafers with vanilla cream and the chocolate wafer Raffinesse from Schulte, crispy, chocolatey, and perfect with coffee.
