    We source our coffees from high-quality roasters, some as exclusive blends made to our specifications. The Hameln blend of highland Arabica, the strong Espressimo, and the mild Rattenfänger coffee are available as whole beans or ground, along with the decaffeinated Schonkaffee.

For long-lasting enjoyment of chocolates, pastries, and coffee:

· Store chocolates and truffles in a cool place at approx. 14 to 18 °C and protected from light, not in the refrigerator · Seal pastries airtight to keep them crispy · Store coffee in a dry and airtight container, grind whole beans only before brewing · Store chocolates containing alcohol in a cool place and out of reach of children

This way, you can enjoy each specialty as it was intended.
